One&All’s Programs - General Information

  • Currently, One&All can service NDIS participants who are 18+. We hope to expand our offerings to those under 18 years old in the future.

  • Our ongoing Programs of Support cover a range of modalities (including art, craft, movement, music and social enterprise) and are run in the form of workshops programs that change every 12 weeks. Our Program of Support can be attended for a full day at the One&All Hub in Rosebery, Sydney. For more information on our programs, please refer to the One&All website here.

  • A workshop program is a series of workshops that runs for 12 weeks. It is a creative engagement experience facilitated by an expert in the field. Our workshops have been designed in collaboration with allied health professionals to ensure our participants receive therapeutic benefits and have positive outcomes.

  • Our workshops currently run at the following times:

    Monday: 9:30am - 3:30pm

    Tuesday: 9:30am - 3:30pm

  • For NDIS participants, charges for our programs will be based on the NDIS Price Guide.

  • No. Our programs are currently only available as ongoing Programs of Support, half or full day offerings that need to be booked in advance. Casual participation in individual activities may be available as part of our program offering in the future.

  • Workshop programs are run by a combination of paid and volunteer facilitators. All facilitators are assisted by One&All volunteers.

NDIS Participants - General

  • Yes. We operate under the auspices of Jewish House, a registered NDIS service provider (NDIS Registration No. 4-3LLQ-629).

  • We do not provide a dedicated transport service for NDIS participants. However, if you require us to provide you with a support worker we will match you with someone who is able to transport you to and from the One&All Hub.

NDIS Participants - Onboarding

  • At One&All we offer participant’s the opportunity for a Trial Session. A Trial Session will give you a taste of what to expect at the One&All Hub as you join in and participate in our programs. Trial sessions will be run on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 9:15am to 12pm.

    If you are ready to commit to One&All you will need to book a holistic intake assessment with us before you can participate in any of our programs at the Hub.

    The holistic intake assessment will take about an hour and usually will be conducted by our Care Manager. On completion of that assessment you will be required to sign a service agreement as the final step in the onboarding process.

  • Our Trial Sessions run on Tuesdays from 9:30am - 12pm. You can book a Trial Session here.

  • To book a holistic intake assessment, please go to the booking form on the One&All website here. Once you have selected a date and time for the assessment, you will need to complete an online questionnaire before submitting your booking request.

  • We currently conduct Holistic Intake Assessments on Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 4.00pm.

NDIS Participants - Pricing & Invoicing

  • For NDIS participants, our pricing will be based on the NDIS Price Guide. Additional out of pocket expenses may be applicable, however, these will be communicated as required.

  • If you have an NDIS budget, we recommend you use this for participating in programs at the One&All Hub until it runs out. We can convert your payment method to self-funded after that.

  • One&All invoices weekly, after services have been delivered.

NDIS Participants - Support Workers

  • Yes, you can bring your own support worker with you to the One&All Hub.

  • Yes, we can provide you with a support worker.

  • During the onboarding process we will discuss your support needs with you or your representative to ensure that we match you with a support worker who is right for you.

  • We source our support workers from Careseekers, a registered NDIS provider. For more information about Careseekers, please visit its website here.

  • We will charge you for a support worker in line with the NDIS Price Guide.

  • One&All typically supports people in 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3 ratios. We will discuss your support needs during your initial Holistic Intake Assessment and monitor your support requirements through your time at out day program.

  • Although our ultimate goal is to be able to welcome and manage everyone, right now some individuals may not be the right fit for our programs: for example, they may have needs that One&All cannot meet and manage in the context of the participants who currently participate in our programs.

    With community and socialisation at the heart of One&All, our assessment is based on consideration of individual needs, as well as the needs of other participants.
