Workshops across six streams — Wellbeing & Mindfulness, Mobility & Fitness, Cooking & Life Skills, Visual Arts & Crafts, Performing Arts, and Social Enterprise. It's a 12-week Program of Support, Monday to Thursday, 9:30am–3:30pm, for adults 18+ with mixed abilities.
-
Book a Trial Session. You'll come in with a support person, meet the team, and join a workshop to see if the Hub feels right for you — no pressure, no commitment.
-
We're not a clinic and we're not a waiting room. Every workshop is creative and community-led, and our Social Enterprise arm means participants make and sell real products, with proceeds going straight back into the Hub and participant wages.
-
We welcome both NDIS-funded and self-funded participants. NDIS pricing runs in line with the NDIS Price Guide — reach out and we'll help you figure out what applies to you.

Every day runs 9:30am–3:30pm and moves through a mix of workshops — think ceramics one hour, a wellbeing session the next, maybe cooking or a group singalong after lunch. You'll always know what's coming, because we share the term's program upfront.

Genuinely accessible — step-free entry, accessible facilities, and a layout designed with mixed abilities in mind at Annabel House, 21 Munda Street, Randwick. If you have specific access needs, tell us before your trial and we'll make sure we're ready for you.
