About One&All

One&All is a creative hub, an all-inclusive community centre, a place to shine.

Difference is a strength, not a weakness, and we should aim to create societies where opportunities exist for all.

The One&All Hub is a place where you can be inspired and feel safe, fulfilled, and respected. As the first 18+, all abilities-focused arts concept of its kind in Sydney, we provide innovation in disability and mental health engagement through our vibrant community of artists. We deliver this by providing high quality workshops that empower you to create, socialise, up-skill and experience life wholeheartedly.

We bring together individuals, families, carers, creatives, and artists who are passionate about creating lasting change for people with disabilities and mental health challenges, by facilitating elevation of the body, mind, and soul.

Our exciting journey began in 2018, when One&All was born in collaboration with Jewish House and founded by Romy Wolman, drawing inspiration from Kibbutz Kishorit, a therapeutic community supporting special needs in Israel.

Despite the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, in 2021 our entrepreneurial team stepped up to keep the ball rolling in renovating the space, creating programs, and bringing together a dynamic community of artists and supporters to have the hub ready to receive clients at a time when people most need social connection and inclusion.

The One&All Hub has been transformed into a unique space to welcome inclusivity and to nurture and heal the physical and mental health of local communities via creative arts workshops as our core offering, and supported with an urban outdoor vegetable garden, a retail store, market days, and lively events, all of which have never been offered before.

We run ongoing workshops aimed at adults 18 and over.

Join our vibrant community of artists providing programs that empower you to create, socialise, up-skill, and experience life wholeheartedly
