Are you, or someone you support, interested in joining One&All’s dynamic day program?

    Your journey begins by booking a Trial Session. This introductory step allows you to get a taste of what our day program offers. Keep an eye on your inbox for an email containing a form that needs to be completed before attending your Trial Session.

    Dive into the heart of One&All during your Trial Session. This is your opportunity to explore our dynamic day program, meet and interact with our team and other participants, and immerse yourself in some of the workshops we have to offer.

    After your Trial Session, we'll work with you to decide if One&All is the right fit for you, or if another option might be more suitable. We value open and honest communication throughout this process.

    If we both agree One&All is the right fit for you, you'll receive an email inviting you to book a Holistic Intake Assessment. You can choose between an in-person or virtual assessment. Keep an eye on your inbox for an email containing a form that needs to be completed before attending your Holistic Intake Assessment.

    Join us for your Holistic Intake Assessment, where we delve deeper into your unique needs and aspirations. This assessment helps us tailor our support to your specific requirements.

    After your Holistic Intake Assessment, we'll provide you with a summary of our findings. You'll also receive personalised recommendations for the support you will need at One&All and a customised quote to match your specific requirements.

    Once we’ve agreed on your support needs and pricing, you'll receive a service agreement from us, including a detailed schedule of the supports we'll provide. You will need to review, sign, and return the agreement to us to confirm your commitment.

    Before you start the program our dedicated team will match you with a support worker aligned to your specific needs and support requirements. You will be informed once the appropriate support worker has been secured.
