Mindfulness, Movement & Creative Exploration Workshop
Inspired by stillness and movement, this meditation and stop-motion art workshop supports focus, emotional regulation, and creative exploration. Participants engage in mindful making while developing calm awareness and self-expression.

Our program runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering full-day sessions from 9:30am to 3:30pm. You can join for a full day or multiple days per week—the choice is yours!
