Meditation and Yoga with Nissa
Still Canvas brings body and breath into quiet alignment. In this therapeutic movement workshop, participants are guided through gentle stretching, grounding, and meditative techniques that strengthen self-awareness and calm the nervous system. Each session focuses on presence and connection—to self, breath, and the group—encouraging participants to regulate stress, explore inner stability, and build tools for resilience in everyday life. This practice of slowing down together becomes a foundation for well-being and connection.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR:
As a meditation coach, yoga teacher, energetic healer, mindful therapeutic artist and sound healer, Nissa integrates mindfulness practices, therapeutic yoga, and the science of self-compassion to promote mental and physical health. Find out more here.
Our program runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering full-day sessions from 9:30am to 3:30pm. You can join for a full day or multiple days per week—the choice is yours!
