STILL CANVAS

Meditation and Art Therapy with Nissa

In Still Canvas, participants are invited to slow down, reflect, and connect—within and beyond. Each session begins with guided meditation to ground the body and settle the mind, creating space for intuitive art-making that transforms thoughts and feelings into visual form. Participants explore their inner landscapes while sharing space with others, building connection through collective stillness and expression. The act of creating alongside others fosters gentle communication, emotional clarity, and a calm sense of belonging.

Outcomes

• Enhances emotional regulation and mindfulness
• Strengthens fine motor coordination and visual expression
• Supports social connection and shared reflection
• Builds confidence in self-directed creativity

She has shoulder-length brown hair, wears a blue top, gray leggings, and white socks. In front of her, there is a colorful potted plant with large green and purple leaves. The background features a brick wall, and there are various items like notebooks, a microphone, and a smartphone on the table.
