Musical Theatre with Astrid

Sing, dance, and act your way into the world of musicals. Participants will explore storytelling through songs and drama while building confidence, communication, and teamwork. This workshop encourages creativity, self-expression, and adaptability in an uplifting space.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR:

For the past three years, Astrid has worked at DADAA, a leading disability arts organisation in Perth, where she facilitated drama, musical theatre, and music workshops for adults with disability. Her work has focused on co-creating original plays, songs, and performances, ensuring participants’ ideas and voices were at the heart of each production.

Astrid brings a strong background in acting, directing, and singing, having performed in numerous plays and musicals. Most recently, she directed a musical featuring both adults and children with disability, combining her creative practice with her commitment to inclusive arts.

Our program runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering full-day sessions from 9:30am to 3:30pm. You can join for a full day or multiple days per week—the choice is yours!
