A fitness-based workshop focused on improving mobility, coordination, and physical wellbeing through guided movement. Participants build body awareness, routine, and resilience while supporting greater independence in daily activities.

Our program runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering full-day sessions from 9:30am to 3:30pm. You can join for a full day or multiple days per week—the choice is yours!
Please note that our workshops are currently not available as drop-in sessions, but we’d love to have you as part of our vibrant community on the days that work best for you!
