Supported Community Fitness Workshop
In partnership with F45, this supported community gym session focuses on strength, mobility, and endurance. Participants build physical capacity, confidence, and social participation through guided fitness activities in a community setting.

Our program runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering full-day sessions from 9:30am to 3:30pm. You can join for a full day or multiple days per week—the choice is yours!
Please note that our workshops are currently not available as drop-in sessions, but we’d love to have you as part of our vibrant community on the days that work best for you!
