Momentum is all about building physical strength, coordination, and confidence. Through structured exercises and guided movement, participants will develop endurance and motor planning skills in a supportive, motivating environment. The sessions are designed to encourage independence and healthy routines, supporting participants in feeling strong, capable, and energised in their everyday lives.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR:

Bright Wellness provides support with health and fitness to people with disabilities. Ben and his team specialise in delivering exercise programs that are tailored to the specific needs of our participants. He believes in creating modifications to training methods to make fitness accessible and engaging for all. Find out more here.

Our program runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering full-day sessions from 9:30am to 3:30pm. You can join for a full day or multiple days per week—the choice is yours!
