Daily Mindfulness & Creative Regulation Workshop
Through guided meditation and creative art-making, participants are supported to slow down, ground themselves, and build emotional awareness. This workshop focuses on regulation strategies, focus, and self-reflection while using creative expression to support calm and self-awareness.

Our program runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering full-day sessions from 9:30am to 3:30pm. You can join for a full day or multiple days per week—the choice is yours!
