Art Therapy–Informed Creative Reflection Workshop

Using drawing, collage, and journaling, this art therapy workshop supports emotional expression and self-awareness. Participants build communication skills while exploring thoughts and feelings through guided creative reflection.

Our program runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering full-day sessions from 9:30am to 3:30pm. You can join for a full day or multiple days per week—the choice is yours!

Please note that our workshops are currently not available as drop-in sessions, but we’d love to have you as part of our vibrant community on the days that work best for you!
