Movement Therapy with Jacqui

Emotions live in the body—and E-Motions lets them move. This workshop blends expressive movement, storytelling, and body-based exploration to help participants release tension, improve emotional awareness, and connect through shared rhythm. Through guided activities and improvisation, participants build self-confidence, social connection, and mind-body integration.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR:

Jacqui is an experienced and energetic teacher - a qualified Dance Movement Therapist, high school teacher and Theatre Nepean Honours Graduate. She has been teaching Speech, Drama and Movement for over thirty years. Jacqui has wide ranging experience as a performer, voice coach, director and choreographer. She has worked in a range of genres including theatre, film, children’s theatre, corporate entertainment and musical theatre. Jacqui is passionate about helping people express themselves creatively and finding healing and well-being through embodied therapy.

Qualifications: BA Dip Ed, BA (Hons) Theatre, LSDA, DTAA (Prov.DMT), L1 Certified Foundation Training Instructor, Certificate III in Fitness.

Our program runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering full-day sessions from 9:30am to 3:30pm. You can join for a full day or multiple days per week—the choice is yours!
