Hire the One&All Hub

Located in Rosebery, the One&All Hub is a versatile 400sqm NYC loft-style space with high ceilings, exposed beams, exposed brick walls, and wooden floors - perfect for your next event. 

As a not-for-profit, we offer the space for hire with the intention to create awareness, raise funds and harness community involvement.

General information

One&All bring together individuals, families, carers, creatives, and artists who are passionate about creating lasting change for people with disabilities and mental health challenges, by facilitating the elevation of the body, mind, and soul. As a not-for-profit and a charity, we rely heavily on the funding received from Hub Hire to develop our innovative and dynamic service that empowers individuals to create, socialise, up-skill and experience life wholeheartedly.

    • Domestic kitchen (see photos). Kitchen not suitable for commercial use.

    • Induction cooktop (no extractor fan)

    • Filtered water system (sparkling, chilled & boiling water)

    • Sink (hot water accessed via filtered water system)

    • Fridge and freezer

    • Dishwasher (hirer must supply own dishwashing tablets)

    Parking

    • On-street parking (parking restrictions apply)

    • Access to private outdoor carpark on request (6 car spaces)

    • 1 X 660L general waste bin (located in private outdoor carpark)

    • 1 X 660L comingled recycling bin (located in private outdoor carpark)

    • 2 x small general waste bins (located inside venue)

    • Residential noise restrictions in place

    • Some functions may require additional security

    • The One&All Hub is an unlicensed venue. If you plan to provide alcohol at your event you must comply with the applicable requirements set out in the NSW Liquor Act 2007. A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate is required for any person serving alcohol at the venue. Please refer to the Liquor & Gaming NSW website for further information on licensing requirements.

  • Monday to Thursday: 6.00pm to 10.00pm

    Friday & Saturday: 9.00am to midnight

    Sunday: 9.00am to 10.00pm

  • As a not-for-profit we rely heavily on the funding received from Hub Hire to develop our innovative and dynamic service for people with disability and mental health challenges. We feel our pricing accurately reflects the value of the space.
