Youth Mental Health Panel with Dr Jackie Curtis

  • One and All Hub 11 Mentmore Avenue Rosebery, NSW, 2018 Australia (map)

As a result of the recent successful International Women’s Day Event in Coogee, a committee of local women who are passionate about women’s health and wellbeing, called The Women's Well, has been established to promote community and support for women in our local area with panel talks, info nights and plenty of opportunities to connect with each other. Every two months, The Women's Well will run an event or initiative with a specific focus.

This month, The Women’s Well have partnered with One&All to host their first expert panel to discuss Mental Health Prevention for young people, including how to recognise and acknowledge mental health challenges in families, and how to support them.

Please join us for a panel discussion on Youth Mental Health with Dr Jackie Curtis - Executive Director of Mindgardens Neuroscience Network - and an expert panel of youth mental health workers.

Joining our panel with Dr Jackie Curtis will be Dr Philippa Levy (Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist) along with Antonia Ottavio (Centre Manager - headspace Bondi Junction). The evening will be hosted by Dr Marjorie O'Neill, MP. Member for Coogee.
