Sound Bath and Art

Participants experience sound-based relaxation followed by slow, intentional artmaking. The workshop supports sensory regulation, reduced anxiety and sustained focus through calm, repetitive creative processes.

Our program runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering full-day sessions from 9:30am to 3:30pm. You can join for a full day or multiple days per week—the choice is yours!
