Fitness & Physical Wellbeing Workshop

A structured mix of circuit training at the Hub and supported gym sessions builds strength, coordination and endurance. Participants develop body confidence, routine and the ability to engage in community fitness environments with increased independence.

Our program runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering full-day sessions from 9:30am to 3:30pm. You can join for a full day or multiple days per week—the choice is yours!

Please note that our workshops are currently not available as drop-in sessions, but we’d love to have you as part of our vibrant community on the days that work best for you!
