Balance & Bond introduces participants to circus arts that improve coordination, balance, and trust. Using juggling, partner work, and playful exercises, this workshop encourages safe risk-taking, body awareness, and team connection. It’s all about supporting each other—physically and socially—while learning new skills.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR:
Aerialize offers fun, dynamic, and safe training in circus skills. For 25 years, they have remained one of the most respected circus and aerial training institutions in Australia. Laura is a circus artist and facilitator with experience teaching circus skills in inclusive settings. Her circus workshops celebrate creativity, movement, and connection with nature. Our program runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering full-day sessions from 9:30am to 3:30pm. You can join for a full day or multiple days per week—the choice is yours!
