Yoga class with children and instructor in a studio, instructor leading in warrior pose, children following, some in plank or other poses, colorful mats on floor, industrial-style ceiling with ducts and hanging lamps.

Our program runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering full-day sessions from 9:30am to 3:30pm. You can join for a full day or multiple days per week—the choice is yours!
